With Astro Pi

Astro Pi is the name of a small computer developed by the Raspberry Pi Foundation in cooperation with the British Space Agency and the European Space Agency.

There are two very special astro-pi computers. Their names are Ed and Izzy, and they’ve been specially built for space flight. Both are now aboard the International Space Station ISS and available to students for scientific experiments.

Every year, the European Space Agency organizes the Astro Pi, Mission Zero and Mission Space Lab competitions for primary and secondary school pupils. Register and take part with your students.
