We are proud to announce that we have reached the finals of the FNR Awards 2021 in the“Outstanding Promotion of Science to the Public” category.

Gina Reuland and Frédéric Conrotte, from the Luxembourg Science Center, were shortlisted for the FNR Awards 2021 in the ” Outstanding Promotion of Science to the Public ” category.

Through ESERO Luxembourg, we’re bringing space and space research themes into Luxembourg classrooms. The project is run in collaboration with the European Space Agency (ESA) and the Luxembourg Science Center.

We develop new teaching aids for primary and secondary schools, while adapting existing material to the Luxembourg education system. Based on current spatial themes, our resources enable teachers to make their lessons more dynamic, interactive and captivating.

In addition, we regularly offer accredited training courses for teachers. These courses enable you to discover and test new teaching tools, while learning how to make targeted use of the fascination of space in the classroom.

Thanks to this project, Gina Reuland and Frédéric Conrotte have been nominated for an FNR Award in the “Outstanding Promotion of Science to the Public” category.
